FCA Bank welcomes Loretta Masenga as Sales Field Force Manager

Fresh face at Italia's FCA Bank. Loretta Masenga has joined the Sales & Marketing team led by Simone Lo Piccolo as the new Sales Field Force Manager. The FCA Bank has over a century of experience in the auto lending and mobility sectors.

Masenga's hiring is a part of a larger plan to expand and reorganize the sales area for the Italian market; in this role, she will oversee the entire sales team and serve as the point of contact for many different companies.

After graduating from college in 1998, Loretta Masenga went to work with Finconsumo Banca, where she has been ever since, mostly monitoring the Financial Condition Office's Auto Business & Durables division's activities since the year 2000. Loretta Masenga held several positions within Santander Consumer Bank's Auto Business & Durable division since joining the company in 2006. These include the Business Intelligence Manager (2006), Head of the Division (2013 present), and Vice President (2011). She was named Head of the Branch Network in 2017, overseeing 22 locations and more than 150 staff, and was promoted to her current position as of March 2022.
