BMW M Motorsport and LEGO have announced a new model set that will appeal to racing fans of all ages. The set, which is part of the LEGO Speed Champions series, features two current BMW M Motorsport competition cars: the BMW M Hybrid V8 and the BMW M4 GT3. These two racers will compete in events like the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June 2024. The set consists of 676 pieces and includes two racing driver minifigures. It will be available from March 4, 2024, at a price of $54.99.

The new model set is a faithful reproduction of the original cars, with authentic design details such as the characteristic BMW M Motorsport paintwork, the prominent diffuser elements, the eye-catching spoilers, and the detailed interior. The roofs of the miniatures can be removed to allow the racing driver figures to be placed in the cockpit. The models also have realistic features, such as the hybrid system of the BMW M Hybrid V8 and the adjustable rear wing of the BMW M4 GT3.
The set is not only a fun building and playing experience but also a collector’s item that showcases the engineering expertise of BMW M and the creativity of LEGO. The models can also be viewed in 3D, zoomed, and rotated using the LEGO Builder app.
