The Fiat Metaverse Store is the result of a joint effort between Touchcast and Microsoft to create a unique shopping environment for the Fiat brand. With Touchcast's Metaverse-as-a-Service platform, users may access the metaverse without needing virtual reality headsets, avatars, or specific hardware, thanks to its foundation on the Microsoft Cloud. The outcome is a unique immersion that combines digital and tactile elements.
Customers can go "inside" Fiat instantly thanks to the Fiat Metaverse Store. Once inside, the Product Genius will "greet" the customer, and the two of them will be able to look around the car from all angles, learn about the car's technology, and discuss topics such as electric mobility, charging methods, and the contents of the new Fiat 500 electric car. In addition, the buyer can check in on the car's infotainment system, its various driving modes, and even its electric charging process. Customers can observe the model's transformation by selecting its body style, exterior color, interior fabric, and other options. On top of that, Fiat's virtual reality tool lets you experience what it's like to drive the new Fiat 500 La Prima by Bocelli on the La Pista 500 right in the palm of your hand.
The Product Genius is accessible around the clock (Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) to better serve clients and accommodate their schedules.
